o No medical illness such as diabetes,
rheumatoid, arthritis, AIDS, Sjorgen disease, or any other illnesses that may

o Suitable range of refractive error (myopia,
astigmatism, hyperopia)
o Have sufficient corneal thickness (the cornea
is the transparent front part of the eye). A LASIK patient has a cornea that is
