- To claim the unit, please submit the following to Air21 personnel upon product delivery:

- One (1) photocopy of any valid ID (ie driver’s license, school/company ID) of the bearer
- In case voucher holder is not present upon product delivery, please submit the following to Air21 personnel
- Original copy of Printed Voucher
- Must sign the photocopy of any valid ID with (ie driver’s license, school/company ID) of the bearer
- Reservation is from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM only
- Standard Ensogo terms:
- Voucher is transferable and may be given as gift.
- Price is inclusive of service charge and VAT.
